XPOLY8 is a next-generation floor finish remover designed to efficiently dissolve old sealers for easy removal. Formulated for use with automatic scrubbers or traditional mop-and-bucket methods, XPOLY8 is a powerful yet low-odor solution. It effectively breaks down both metallic and non-metallic floor finishes for less labor-intensive removal. XPOLY8 utilizes a specialized blend of solvents to tackle even the most resistant old polish films. Ensure the surface remains wet during the removal process. XPOLY8 is suitable for use on various flooring materials, including vinyl, vinyl asbestos, rubber, linoleum, tile, marble, terrazzo, and most other types.

What's In It?

Contains a solution of Potassium Hydroxide, 2-Butoxyethanol, Monoethanolamine, and other ingredients.

How To Use It

Either use with an auto-scrubber, or a mop and bucket.

Dilution:

• Heavy Build up: 250mL/L of water
• Moderate Build up: 125mL/L of water

Add recommended amount of XPOLY8 to cold water and apply liberally to the floor. Allow to work for 3 to 5 minutes, being sure to keep the floor wet. CAUTION: Floor will be slippery when it’s wet. Scrub the floor using a black pad. Pick up the dissolved sealer. Rinse the floor with clean water and allow the floor to dry.

Note: Avoid prolonged contact with metal surfaces.

Where To Use It

•  XPOLY8 can be used on vinyl, vinyl asbestos, rubber, no-wax linoleum, lino tile, marble, terrazzo, ceramic quarry tiles and most types of flooring.
