The unique formula of V-Wipes™ disinfectant wipes is proven to kill a broad variety of bacteria and viruses, including SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Virus which is killed in 60 seconds. The formulation is pH neutral and they feature a high quality apertured fabric perfect for fast, effective cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces within the healthcare environment. V-Wipes™ are an Instrument Grade Disinfectant – low level, and can be used on environmental surfaces and non-critical medical devices such as hospital beds and theatre trolleys. Class IIb Instrument Grade Disinfectant – Low Level Wipes.

What's In It?

Contains Ethanol and Benzalkonium Chloride.

How To Use It

1. Remove organic soiling (blood, sweat, sputum etc) if required using a V-Wipe.

2. Disinfect the surface using a fresh V-Wipe ensuring the wipe fully contacts the surface or device. Allow to dry.

For optimal results, use V-Wipe in one direction only across the surface to prevent contamination. Non-critical medical devices intended for skin contact should be rinsed with potable water and allowed to dry following disinfection.  Dispose of soiled wipes in a suitable waste receptacle. Rinsing of food contact surfaces is not generally required. If a risk assessment determines that rinsing of surface is required then potable water is suitable for this purpose.

Where To Use It

V-WIPES™ disinfectant wipes have been used on a vast range of materials over more than a decade and have excellent general materials compatibility.

Where NOT To Use It

• V-Wipes have not been tested on every type of plastic or material. Should you notice degradation, cracking or a change in the colour of materials please immediately discontinue use of V-WIPES™ on that material.
