TASKI Tapi Shampoo - Carpet Cleaner - C2c

TASKI Tapi Shampoo C2c by Diversey is a carpet shampoo designed to be used in machines for the intermediate cleaning of all types of carpet and upholstery. Incorporates Odour Neutralising Technology (ONT) for effective malodour neutralisation and long-lasting apple fragrance. This Woolsafe-approved carpet shampoo can be used for dry and wet shampooing as well as pad methods.

How To Use It

Important: Test colour fastness and material compatibility in an inconspicuous place before use. Do not refurnish until the carpet is completely dry.

Dry foam method:

Dilution: 300ml for 10L of water (1:33). Increase to 1000ml (1:10) for heavy soiling

1. Vacuum carpet and remove spots with TASKI® General Purpose Spotter.

2. Using a single disc machine with foam generator and dry foam shampoo brush, dose the product into the full water tank.

3. Adjust foam generator to produce the foam in required dryness and shampoo the carpet.

4. Lift the carpet pile with a carpet brush while still damp to accelerate drying.

5. Allow the treated carpet to dry, then thoroughly brush vacuum to remove the crystallised shampoo residues.

6. Shampoo upholstery with the hand brush, allow to dry and thoroughly vacuum.  

Wet shampooing:

Dilution: 300ml for 10L of water (1:33). Increase to 1000ml (1:10) for heavy soiling

1. Using a single disc machine, tank and wet shampoo brush, release product directly on the floor and shampoo the carpet immediately.

2. Lift the carpet pile with a carpet brush while still damp to accelerate drying.

3. Allow the treated carpet to dry, then thoroughly brush vacuum to remove the crystallised shampoo residues.

4. Shampoo upholstery with the hand brush, allow to dry and thoroughly vacuum.  

Carpet pad method:

Dilution: 200ml for 10L of water (1:50)

1. Using a single disc machine and a carpet pad, spray product sparingly onto the carpet and the carpet pad.

2. Work all areas systematically in overlapping passes.

3. Change or turn the carpet pad when saturated with dirt.  

Encapsulation method:

Dilution: 800ml for 10L of water (1:12.5) 

1. Dilute the product with water in the encapsulation cleaner.

2. Press the proper Encapsulation settings on the machine to begin the encapsulation procedure.

3. Immediately begin to walk backwards at a slow walking speed, moving the machine over the carpet. Overlap slightly with each pass.

4. Allow the carpet to dry, then vacuum.

• This product is also suitable for the Bonnet method.
