AGAR - Combi-Oven Cleaner - Detergent - 5L

COMBI-OVEN CLEANER is a fast-acting detergent designed for removing fat, grease, carbon, and food residues from combination steamer ovens.

What's In It?

COMBI-OVEN CLEANER is an alkaline detergent with ingredients to dissolve and emulsify oils and fats (anionic surfactants and water-soluble solvents) as well as saponifying fats (potassium hydroxide). It is a water-based detergent. The hydroxide level is set at the correct concentration to prevent any attack on the seals in combi-ovens.

How Does It Work?

COMBI-OVEN CLEANER quickly dissolves fatty deposits, is safe on seals in combi-ovens, and rinses off easily.

How To Use It

Combi Ovens:

WEAR GLOVES: Do not apply COMBI-OVEN CLEANER to aluminum or painted surfaces.

1. Switch off COMBI-OVEN and allow it to cool down slightly (must be less than 80°C).
2. Spray or brush COMBI-OVEN CLEANER onto internal surfaces.
3. Let soak for five minutes.
4. Wipe with a cloth, sponge, or pad to help the product break down residue.
5. Remove all residue by wiping up with a damp cloth.
6. Rinse surfaces with clean water.

Convection Ovens:

1. Pre-heat oven to 60°C then turn off.
2. Apply neat Combi-Oven Cleaner onto surfaces and leave for five minutes to activate.
3. Loosen carbon residues with a stiff brush or scraper.
4. Wipe up dissolved solids with a damp cloth then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Grills & Hotplates:

1. Turn hotplate off after use and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
2. Surface should be warm but not at full heat. Scrape food residues off then apply neat Combi-Oven Cleaner.
3. Leave wet to activate for 10 – 15 minutes.
4. Scrub with brush, spatula or griddle pad then wipe clean with cloth.
5. Rinse well with potable water.
6. Brush surface with cooking oil.

Where To Use It

Designed for cleaning the inside and outside surfaces of combination steamer ovens. Also suitable for cleaning other ovens, grills, and hotplates.

Safety

• Do not use on very hot surfaces as irritating vapours will be produced.
• Do not spray around food. Remove food from the area and store safely.
• Do not spray anything on the air intakes of the oven. The hand shower may be used to clean inside the COMBI-OVEN but not for the outside.
