Its powerful, caustic-based formula works effectively in both hot and cold water, breaking down fats and suspending dirt for easy rinsing.  Agar Presto is ideal for maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace on walls, floors, equipment, ovens, and more in food processing areas. Not suitable for aluminum surfaces.

How To Use:

General Cleaning Tips:

• PRESTO is corrosive on skin:
  • wear protective gloves and clothing.
  • Avoid splashing.
• Strong solutions of PRESTO may appear milky. This does not affect its performance.

Foam Gun Application:

1. Cover all food or remove from area before cleaning.
2. Assemble foam gun and add neat PRESTO to bottle.
3. Spray hot foam onto all surfaces. Allow to react for 5 minutes.
4. Rinse all loosened fats and blood away with cold water from hose.

Manual Application:

1. Dilute as needed based on requirements:
   • Light duty cleaning: 1 part PRESTO in 80-120 parts water.
   • Heavy duty cleaning: 1 part PRESTO in 40 parts water.
   • Spray-wipe cleaning: 1 part PRESTO in 10 parts water.
   • Degreasing: 1 part PRESTO in 5 parts water to neat.
2. Soak equipment in solution.
3. Scrub with brush then rinse off with clean water.
4. Rinse product-contacting surfaces with potable water after use. 

How Does It Work:

Presto's concentrated formula utilizes grease-cutting agents and surfactants to emulsify fatty soilage. Caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) saponifies fats, converting them into water-soluble by-products. Builders and buffers optimize cleaning performance by softening water and maintaining optimal pH.
